Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Straight, factual answers about what CryptoSignals.bot does and how it works. CryptoSignals.bot is a signal simulator and notification tool — not financial advice and not a guarantee of returns.

The basics

What is CryptoSignals.bot?

CryptoSignals.bot is a crypto trading signal simulator and notification tool. You build campaigns from technical indicators on real market data, and the engine alerts you the moment your conditions line up. It is an analytics and alerting product, not financial advice and not a promise of profit.

Who is it for?

It is built for crypto traders who want to define their own rules instead of watching charts all day. Beginners can start on the free tier with one campaign, and active traders can run several strategies across multiple exchanges. Everything is paper-first, so you can test ideas before any real money is involved.

Is this financial or investment advice?

No. CryptoSignals.bot is an analytics and notification tool that reports when your chosen technical conditions are met; it does not tell you what to buy or sell. Signals and simulations are not guarantees of future results, and crypto trading carries significant risk. You are responsible for your own decisions.

How the signals work

How do the signals work?

You pick indicators, set a threshold for each, and combine them into buy conditions (with optional sell rules). Each indicator is scored from −100 to +100 on several timeframes, and the engine fires when all of your conditions are met. There is no code to write — you set the rules once and the engine watches the market for you.

Which indicators are supported?

Six indicators traders actually use: MACD, EMA, RSI, Bollinger Bands, Z-Score, and SharesGap (order-book buy/sell imbalance). Each is normalized to a −100 to +100 score so you can set a clear threshold per rule. You can combine several indicators in one campaign.

What timeframes can I use?

Indicators are computed independently on five timeframes: 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, and 4 hours. You can require a condition on a specific timeframe, so a fast scalp rule and a slower trend rule can live in the same campaign. Each coin and timeframe is scored on its own.

What is SharesGap?

SharesGap measures the order-book imbalance between buyers and sellers. A positive value is bullish (more buy-side pressure) and a negative value is bearish. It is scored on the same −100 to +100 scale as the other indicators.

Exchanges & coins

Which exchanges are supported?

Crypto.com Exchange is the live venue today. Binance.com, Binance.US, KuCoin, and Poloniex are planned. The number of exchanges you can use per campaign depends on your plan.

Which coins can I track?

Campaigns run over the top coins by trading volume, and you choose the coin combinations you want to watch. Available pairs depend on the exchange you connect. The same engine and scoring applies across the supported universe.

Campaigns & alerts

How do campaigns work?

A campaign is a saved set of rules: your buy conditions, optional sell rules (such as rolling profit, max loss, or an indicator-based sell), and the exchanges and coin combos to watch. The engine evaluates it continuously and alerts you when it triggers. The free tier includes one campaign on one exchange, which never locks out.

How do alerts work?

When your conditions fire, you get an image-rich alert showing which rules were met, with a tap straight to the chart. Alerts are delivered the moment the engine detects the signal. You can act on them manually, or — if you opt in — let an automated route place the trade.

Do you support Telegram and push notifications?

Yes. Alerts are delivered over Telegram and via push notifications (web and native mobile), and they are image-rich so you can read the setup at a glance. You link your notification channels from your account. No alert content is shared beyond the channels you connect.

Real trading

Can it place real trades?

Optionally, and it is off by default. Real trading is opt-in, requires a paid plan and an explicit risk acknowledgment, and runs either through a webhook or a Windows companion app — never both at once. Everything starts as paper trading so you can validate a strategy first; orders use credentials you provide, entirely at your own risk.

What is paper trading?

Paper trading simulates how your campaign would have acted without risking real money. It is the default mode, so you can test and refine rules before considering live execution. Simulated results are not a guarantee of future performance.

Plans & pricing

What plans are available and how much do they cost?

There are four tiers: Free, Basic, Plus, and Pro. The free tier is permanent (one campaign, one exchange, the full engine) and never locks you out. Paid tiers unlock more campaigns, more exchanges per campaign, and real trading — final pricing is being calibrated, so check the pricing page for current figures.

Is the free tier really free forever?

Yes. The free tier is the permanent floor: one campaign on one exchange with the full signal engine, and it never expires or locks you out. You can upgrade when you need more capacity, and downgrading always returns you to the free floor rather than cutting you off.

Security, data & more

How do you handle security?

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id and never stored in the clear, and all database access uses prepared statements. Public traffic is fronted by Cloudflare, and real-trading credentials are only used to place the orders you authorize. Security is enforced at the data layer, not by fragile input filtering.

What data do you collect?

We collect what is needed to run your account, campaigns, and notifications, plus basic operational telemetry. We do not sell your data, and alert content stays within the notification channels you connect. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail once it is published.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — native mobile apps are part of the product, and push notifications work on web and mobile. The Windows companion app is a separate, optional component used only for opt-in real-trading execution. You can manage campaigns and receive alerts wherever you are signed in.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes. There is an affiliate program with its own dashboard for referral tracking and payouts. You can sign up separately from your trading account. Details and terms are available on the affiliates site.

CryptoSignals.bot is an analytics and notification tool and does not provide financial advice. Signals and simulations are not guarantees of future results, and crypto trading carries significant risk. Prices shown anywhere on the site are provisional until final pricing is published.
